All hosted email accounts use mail.ripcdoctor.xyz for SMTP sending. This is regardless of whether you are a Floodgate Tech Solutions or R.I. PC Doctor client.

If you are experiencing email delivery issues but the server is not blacklisted then your issue likely is one of the following:
- the actual content of the email you are sending (spammy wording);
- unsafe attachments or links to unsafe URLs in your email;
- your recipient has marked a previous email from you as SPAM.`
